Definition

A strap of nylon with a side squeeze plastic clip attached at the ends, that when clipped in creates a circle or a 'loop.' Student-athletes write their number and sports on them, thread their Issued Gear onto them and drop them in laundry chutes to be washed by the equipment services department of athletics at Northwestern. It is then returned to the student-athletes via cubby asap.
