Description

The large auditorium in the Technological Institute, located at 2145 Sheridan Road, Evanston, IL 60208. It is primarily used for large lecture classes such as Introduction to Psychology, as it is one of the few lecture halls on campus that can hold many hundreds of students. It is also turned into a performance space by many dance and a cappella student groups on campus and used to hold their shows, especially during spring quarter.

Usage

Ryan and Tech Auditorium are the most commonly used terms within the Northwestern student community. Ryan Auditorium, the official name for the lecture hall, is most commonly used in official Northwestern University writing. However, it is recognized by almost all of the Evanston campus community.
