Description

Fellows are a group of professors, lecturers, and department/organizational administrators who affiliate themselves with a particular Residential College. Fellows and graduate students work as college staff at a Residential College. Together the college staff and the Student Executive Board work to provide programming for residents that enhances their undergraduate experience by building community, connecting students with fellows, and facilitating learning outside of the classroom.

Fellows attend RC's events, get to know the residents on a personal – rather than merely professional – level, and provide special opportunities to residents including special classes and paid positions. Residents of the residential college see these fellows at Residential College's events, sponsoring Firesides during the course of the year, at the lunches in the Residential College's room of a particulat dining hall, etc.

Example Sentence

The new fellows will be invited to our academic events this quarter.
